We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Consultant

The Role:

Work in partnership with managers to develop and deliver a first class HR service aligned to the business goals. Enhance the organisation’s performance through people.

Undertake full generalist HR support for functional areas (to be delegated).

This includes:

• Recruitment
• Selection
• Induction
• Employee Relations
• Learning & Development
• Pay & Benefits
• Employment policy development

The Successful Candidate must be/possess:

• Member of CIPD
• 5 years as a generalist at a senior level in a leading edge HR environment
• Experience of the main disciplines of HR & strong in all areas
• Ability to deliver in a complex, fast moving environment
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to achieve results, alone and with others as appropriate, through effective planning, self management & decision making
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
• Resourceful, pragmatic and energetic
• Adept at working at operational and strategic level
• Excellent communicator
• Good business numeracy

Flexible work ethic to meet the demands of the business.

Hours of work are 0830 - 1630 Monday to Thursday, 0830 to 1400 on Friday, but a flexible approach is needed as additional hours may be required to fulfill the requirements of the role.

Salary will be dependant on skills and experience.
