Richard has worked in OTC marketing for over 20 years and has worked on some of the biggest and best brands in the market, including Berocca, Pro-Plus and Cystopurin. He is now spearheading the POM to P switch programme, as well as managing the OTC brand portfolio. Richard has an Honours degree in English and sat on the Television Action Group of the Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) for seven years.
