There is no set selection process across all jobs roles; you will have seen we have a diverse range of roles needing different skills and abilities. We select the most appropriate selection tools to help us and you identify that you are the right person for the job. For most job roles you will be invited to a formal interview, however we also use a selection of other assessment tools including online and paper based assessments, personality questionnaires, assessment centers, work based exercises.
